Hello Friends.
Rainy mornings. Cloudy days. Winter months. All have one thing in common. Darkness. That darkness can trigger feelings of gloom and despair. And being stuck inside does not help.
In fact, the only thing that can help is the sun. Clear blue skies. The warmth of the sun rays on your cheek. Fresh air from the outdoors going down your nostrils. All these experiences can re-calibrate mood. Refocus your thoughts and clear the way for a refreshed perspective.
It’s summer. If you’re feeling grumpy, go for a walk outside. Trigger your adrenaline. Sweat a little. I promise you will feel much better.

Lord my Light

Divine power guiding light I need you now in life’s dark night

Jehovah Ori, I call upon you to bring the floodlights where darkness looms.

Clouds so thick, I cannot see.

Night is overwhelming me.

Give me sight that I may see.

Where your spirit is leading me.

Revelation is now flowing free!

Thank you Father, for illuminating me.

  1. I think the whole wide world is in full darkness right now but we as believers must stay focus and carry the torch that God intended us to carry. The word of God says, “we are the salt of the earth and the light of the world.” So let us continue to let our light shine through eternity. My prayer for today is, “Eternal Father help us to stand firm in our faith, and pray that those who don’t know you will come to know you as Lord and Savior of their life. Don’t turn your back on us or else we will perish. Forgive us our sin and help us to get back on the right track again.” Amen.
